Together Limited is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to lead the design and delivery of assurance test programmes that evaluate exposure to regulatory compliance and conduct risk. You will provide independent second line of defence (2LOD) assurance reporting to the Head of Monitoring and deputise for the Head of Compliance when needed. You will develop monitoring reviews within strict timelines, assess fair customer outcomes, produce high quality reports with clear risk conclusions.
