As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the engine driving customer acquisition across our paid media channels. You will own the end-to-end strategy for platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, etc., from campaign creation and funnel optimization to detailed performance analysis. Your primary mission is to drive profitable growth through data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across all platforms with a primary focus on maximizing ROI and minimizing CAC. Create and present monthly media buying plans and advertising budgets.
- Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end management of paid campaigns, from setup and targeting to daily monitoring. Lead continuous A/B testing and write high-converting ad copy to improve performance.
- Technical Management: Manage the technical aspects of our ad platforms, including pixel configuration, event tracking via Google Tag Manager, UTM implementation, and conversion APIs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly performance forecasts and deliver detailed monthly reports on key metrics (ROAS, ROI, CAC). Conduct deep, full-funnel analysis to identify and act on optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role or an ability to learn very fast.
- Proven ability to write compelling, high-converting ad copy for various platforms or an ability to learn very fast.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing marketing data to forecast performance and optimize ad spend or an ability to learn very fast.
- Proficiency with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Email & other paid ads) and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, MS Clarity, Screaming Frog, Mixpanel, etc.), or an ability to learn very fast.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions with autonomy.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have): Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency. Direct experience marketing to audiences in the US and the Philippines. Familiarity with the visa or immigration industry.
