Are you prepared to assume a leadership position at the core of financial strategy and growth? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Treasury Manager to contribute to the success of a high-performing Treasury, Financial Planning, and Development Finance team. In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Treasury, impact key financial decisions, support significant development projects, and ensure the organisation remains financially robust, sustainable, and forward-thinking. You will be instrumental in delivering an efficient and effective Treasury Management service that aligns with the Group's strategic goals. Additionally, you will assist in providing solid financial planning and facilitate the appraisal and financing of new development opportunities, driving future growth.
This position is currently a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the potential for an extension.

Requirements:
- Support the Director of Treasury in delivering a high-quality, cost-effective Treasury function
- Assist in developing and maintaining Treasury Management Strategy and policies
- Manage loan portfolios, including security, drawdowns, rollovers and compliance
- Coordinate funding requirements with lenders and ensure optimal use of resources
- Monitor and manage Group cashflows, ensuring funds are available across short, medium and long-term needs
- Produce reports for senior leadership and Board to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, loan covenants and reporting requirements
- Support business planning, budgeting and financial modelling activities
- Lead on financial appraisal and cashflow modelling of development schemes
- Work closely with Development teams to align plans with business strategy
- Oversee and support treasury and financial planning staff, driving high performance
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, funders and external partners
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Proven experience managing treasury functions and delivering financial services
- Strong background in financial planning, modelling and scenario analysis
- Experience working with loan documentation, banking or bond finance
- Knowledge of development finance, ideally within housing or a similar sector
- Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership and Boards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex financial information
- Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for driving organisational success
Benefits:
- Starting salary of £68,960 per annum
- This position is currently a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the potential for an extension
- Hybrid working - manage your week between offices, on site and home. You will be required to visit our Blackburn office, located at BB1, approximately once a week following the initial induction
- Working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional evening or weekend work depending on business needs). Flexible arrangements in line with our Smart Working culture
