The Senior Account Manager is responsible for both driving client success and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role goes beyond client servicing; it requires strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and leadership maturity. The Senior Account Manager takes full ownership of key accounts, oversees delivery across teams, and is a key player in the agency's business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership
- Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of key client accounts.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and proactively present solutions and ideas.

- Project Oversight & Delivery
