Role Purpose
As part of our Finance Transformation we are moving to a new ERP, Sage Intacct, and developing standard ways of working across all agencies in the group. We are hiring a group of Finance Interns to participate in the change programme, learning multiple finance modules and moving into operations as the transformation takes place. This is a great opportunity to develop a strong foundation in finance operations and finance transformation in a structured, fast-paced environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and is open to placement-year students, recent graduates, or those at an equivalent early-career stage.

As we migrate our agencies to the new system you will also be involved in data migration activities, experiencing the transition from old to new systems.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Completed or nearing completion of a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, Workday, Oracle) is an advantage but not necessary
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Proactive, eager to learn and clear communicator
