About North Six

North Six is a world-leading luxury, fashion, and beauty content production agency; a global collective of producers, content creators, and thinkers with over 20 years of experience. From campaign stills and motion to broadcast, social media, and immersive experiences, we partner with the most forward-thinking brands on the planet, including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, Gucci, Nike, Zara, Hilfiger and Bulgari. Headquartered in New York with offices spanning London, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan, Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Los Angeles, and Sydney, North Six operates at the intersection of craft, culture, and commerce. We are scaling rapidly while staying true to our founding values: Do Good. Be Good.

The Role

This is a senior leadership hire at a pivotal moment for North Six in Europe. You will be the driving force behind production excellence across the region - setting standards, managing key client relationships, and ensuring every project, from a single-market fashion campaign to a multi-territory broadcast or live event, is delivered at the highest level. You are as comfortable on a shoot as you are in a boardroom, and you roll up your sleeves to bid and execute when the job demands it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and execute the production strategy for Europe and the UK, aligned with North Six’s global vision.
    • Act as the senior production voice in the region, representing North Six in client conversations, pitches, and industry forums.
    • Oversee and support local production teams across the European and UK offices - providing guidance, setting expectations, and stepping in where needed to ensure standards are met and teams are set up to succeed.
    • Work closely with the US and European CEOs, Chief Growth Officer, and Global President to evolve capabilities, service offerings, and pricing structures.
    • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and local business development teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and across new prospects.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency producers, art buyers, and heads of content across key European markets.
    • Help position North Six not just as a production partner to agencies, but as a full-service creative and strategic partner - as we build out our broader creative and content services offer.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee all production activity across European and UK offices, ensuring consistent delivery standards, on-time and on-budget.
    • Establish robust production workflows, processes, and tooling that scale across a multi-office, multi-time zone environment.
    • Lead resource planning, balancing in-house capacity with a trusted network of freelancers, vendors, and co-production partners.
    • Own the regional production P&L: budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
    • Pivot fluidly between disciplines: broadcast, fashion campaigns, social content, print, motion, and live events: bringing the same rigor and craft to each.
    • Embrace technology and innovation as part of the toolkit - we want someone genuinely curious about what AI and emerging tools can do for our work, and who wants to help shape how we build that in.
  • Client & Creative Partnership
    • Serve as the senior production partner for key European and UK accounts; including LVMH, PVH, Chanel, Kering, Nike, Inditex, and Puig; building trusted, long-term relationships with brand and agency stakeholders.
    • Build strong relationships with the agent community- working closely with agents for photographers, directors, and talent to attract the best to our projects, and negotiating rates, fees, usage, and terms directly and efficiently.
    • Navigate complex, multi-territory productions - managing location logistics, union requirements, permits, rights, and local regulations across multiple markets simultaneously.
    • Lead on pitches and treatments, demonstrating North Six’s production capabilities and strategic thinking.
  • People & Culture
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of producers, production managers, and coordinators across European and UK offices.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, creativity, and kindness - consistent with North Six’s values.
    • Create clear pathways for progression and professional development within the team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 10+ years of production experience at the highest level, built across the European luxury fashion, beauty, or high-end advertising landscape; Paris and/or London experience strongly preferred.
  • Genuine cross-discipline range: broadcast, fashion and beauty campaigns, social content, print and motion, and large-scale experiential events; with deep roots in luxury and fashion.
  • Real on-the-ground production experience is non-negotiable; you need to have done the job, not just managed the people who do it; agency-side understanding is a plus, but production is your foundation.
  • An established network of agency producers, art buyers, creative directors, and agents across Europe.
  • A genuine passion for creativity and a clear point of view on what great looks like; as comfortable discussing aesthetics as logistics and budgets.
  • Deep knowledge of the European production landscape; crew networks, locations, suppliers, unions, permits, and local working practices.
  • Strong commercial acumen with direct P&L ownership experience.
  • Comfortable operating at C-suite level internally and externally, and with significant international travel.
  • Fluency in English essential; French a strong advantage; Spanish or Italian also valued.

What We Offer

  • A senior leadership seat at one of the world’s leading content production agencies; at the moment it becomes something even more.
  • Based in Paris, London or Amsterdam, at the heart of the global luxury fashion industry.
  • An extraordinary client roster and genuinely world-class creative work.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
