The Senior Account Manager is responsible for both driving client success and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role goes beyond client servicing; it requires strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and leadership maturity. The Senior Account Manager takes full ownership of key accounts, oversees delivery across teams, and is a key player in the agency’s business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership
- Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of key client accounts.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and proactively present solutions and ideas.
- Ensure client objectives are fully understood and translated into strong creative and delivery briefs.
- Project Oversight & Delivery
- Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns and projects, from briefing and planning to execution and reporting.
- Plan a full production timeline and ensure this is communicated clearly to the client and delivered upon.
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Anticipate challenges and solve problems independently and confidently.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.

- Confidently lead meetings, reviews, and strategic presentations.
