The Role
You’ll sit within our Client Services team, keeping projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly — from setup and scheduling through to reconciliation and client reporting. Working closely with Directors and practitioners, you’ll be the connective tissue that holds projects together.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Setup & Management: Set up new projects; ensure contracts are signed, filed, and scoped before work begins. Schedule work efficiently against budget and deadlines; build client-facing timelines. Proactively manage risk — flag overspend or delays early and find solutions. Support Directors in planning studio capacity across upcoming stages.
- Client Relations: Deliver outstanding client service and maintain long‑term relationships. Prepare briefing documents, proposals, and project management materials. Run client meetings — scheduling, minutes, and follow-through.
- Reconciliation & Finance: Reconcile projects against scope, schedule, and budget weekly and monthly. Brief Directors ahead of finance meetings; capture and recharge project expenses. Flag scope creep early; support agreement of additional fees where needed.
- Growth: Identify opportunities to extend scope or develop new workstreams within existing accounts. Support post‑project reviews and continuous improvement.
