Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence
Access to a vehicle for work (mileage paid)
Willingness to work shifts – weekends and bank holidays on a rolling rota

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will:

Support adults (18+) with severe mental health needs
Work across our supported living service in Norwich (NR2) and within the North Norfolk community
Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support
Help individuals achieve their goals through tailored interventions
Develop and review risk assessments, safety plans and recovery plans
Empower people to build independence, choice and control

You will also be expected to work from our Bakery Court base office at least 2 days per week as part of our hybrid team approach.
