As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. Your work will help people engage with the service, achieve their goals, and live the life they aspire to.

About The Role

This is a full‑time, 9‑month maternity cover position starting in April, supporting adults (18+) with severe mental health challenges.

You Will:

  • Work across supported living in Norwich (NR2) and with community clients across North Norfolk

  • Provide individual key work sessions and targeted, recovery‑focused interventions
  • Use person‑centred planning to help individuals exercise choice and control
