Together for Mental Wellbeing in Greater London is looking for a part-time support worker to help individuals maintain good mental health and enhance their recovery outcomes. This role requires experience with vulnerable individuals and the ability to work in partnership with relevant agencies. The successful candidate will help prevent tenancy breakdowns and encourage community integration.
