Join Together as a People Development Administrator and play a key role in empowering our staff to deliver outstanding, service user-led support. Working part-time (18.75 hours) in a hybrid arrangement with weekly attendance at our London SE11 Head Office, you’ll provide efficient and responsive administrative support to our Learning & Development team. Acting as the first point of contact for L&D enquiries, you’ll organise learning programmes, manage systems such as our Learning Management System, and support colleagues with one-to-one guidance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, highly organised individual with strong digital and interpersonal skills, who is passionate about inclusive, people-focused learning and development and making a real difference in the workplace. This is a 12 month fixed term position.
