Together for Mental Wellbeing in Lewisham is recruiting a wellbeing outreach advisor for a fixed-term, full-time, in-person role across Lewisham Borough. You will work within the Lewisham Outreach Service, delivering up to 12 weeks of targeted 1-to-1 and group support to help people improve wellbeing and access local services.
You will build bridges with harder-to-reach communities, conduct risk assessments, maintain records, and contribute to service development while promoting choice.
