Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking an Independent Mental Health Advocate to work part-time (22.5 hours/week) within a medium secure forensic hospital. The successful candidate will provide essential support to patients detained under the Mental Health Act, ensuring their views are respected and facilitating their participation in all relevant decisions.
This role requires a commitment to advocacy principles, empathetic interactions, and maintaining professional boundaries with service users.
The salary is Β£27,869.95 per year (pro rata), plus a Β£620 geographical allowance.
