Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking a Deputy Service Manager for Hopewell House in Guildford to support a 24-hour service for adults with mental health needs. You will lead a small team, oversee risk and recovery planning, and drive person-centred care with a flexible, community-focused approach.
The role requires experience in mental health, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a rolling rota. Full training and QCS Level 5 training are available.
