Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking a motivated Support Worker for Elva Court, Sidley, near Bexhill.

You will provide person-centred care to residents with mental health needs, supporting daily living, housing tenancies, and community access.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) on-site, with potential sleep-in shifts. Training is provided, and we expect commitment to recovery, safeguarding, and collaborative teamwork.
