  • Prepare clear, accurate, and commercially focused case summaries for underwriting
  • Ensure all leads and updates are accurately keyed onto internal systems
  • Maintain and effectively manage the CRM to support pipeline visibility and follow-ups
  • Regularly contact existing clients to identify refinancing and retention opportunities
  • Support external BDMs by packaging cases for submission to underwriting
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with brokers and introducers
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently
  • Hit KPI's for application packs and deals completed

  • Able to develop successful working relationships and build trust and confidence with intermediaries
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Punctual and well organised
  • Good administration skills

If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
