Job Description As a PF FP&A Finance Manager , you will provide commercial analytical reviews and insights to enable stakeholders to make the decisions that matter quickly. You will be responsible for providing FP&A support to the Personal Finance division; working closely alongside both finance and non-finance stakeholders to influence and lead the performance of PF. As a PF FP&A Finance Manager , you will: Lead the monthly financial reporting process for PF, continually refreshing and developing the reporting suite. Ensure the production, delivery, understanding, and presentation of insightful financial analysis; proactively developing new analysis and insight to support business decisions. Work in collaboration with Group Finance and across the PF Finance team to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting. Support the forecasting and budgeting process, including PF cost and headcount analysis and insight. Contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives as required. Management and development of a Junior Financial Analyst. Qualifications Essential: Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accountancy qualification. Strong communicator and influencer. Ability to choose and use a range of financial tools and techniques. Strong Excel and IT skills. Commercially focused.
