About the role
This is a multi-faceted role combining social media marketing, content creation, customer consultations, sales and hands-on jewellery production. You will be joining a small, close-knit team at Apart.sg and Together Diamonds, wearing multiple hats and contributing to different aspects of the business.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: Off
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
- Film, photograph and edit engaging short-form videos, Reels and product content
- Develop creative marketing ideas, campaigns and storytelling initiatives
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to grow brand awareness
- Conduct showroom consultations and introduce customers to our products
- Respond to customer enquiries and guide customers through their purchases
- Build genuine relationships with customers through empathetic communication
- Assist in creating handcrafted keepsake jewellery and handle sentimental materials respectfully
- Follow strict procedures for material identification, cleanliness and quality control
About you
- Experience or demonstrated skills in social media content creation, photography or video editing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, organised and self-motivated
- Comfortable interacting with customers and conducting sales consultations
- Willing to learn hands-on jewellery-making techniques
- Comfortable respectfully handling sensitive sentimental materials, including cremation ashes
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut and AI productivity tools is advantageous
- Previous jewellery-making experience is not required; training will be provided
