The Opportunity
Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £13.30 - £14 per hour
Hours: 30.25 hours per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:45 - 6:30pm)
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse to join our welcoming practice. Whether you are newly qualified or bring years of experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in providing outstanding care to our patients.
The Role
- Provide chairside support to our dentists and clinicians across a range of treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure surgeries run efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Support patients throughout their visit, helping them feel comfortable and informed.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Assist with stock control and ensure surgeries are fully equipped and compliant.
About You
- A recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
- Current GDC registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, reliable, and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Additional qualifications such as Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education, Sedation Nursing, or Implant Nursing are desirable but not essential.
