The Opportunity
Location: Together Dental Wellingborough
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Thurs 9am - 6pm & Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Contract: 12 months FTC.
We are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic experienced administrator to join our welcoming practice. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team that is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional environment.
Main Purpose & Goals
Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a patient’s journey through to completion of care and treatment once presented with a lead from the Lead Generators for specified Clinicians. Working closely with designated clinicians, practice teams, Team Leaders and Business Development Managers, your role is to ensure that effective communication and administrative duties are applied consistently to an exceptional standard for, on behalf of and/or together with your assigned clinician. Ensuring that every patient's experience and journey with Together Dental is of outstanding quality alongside practice teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Call new leads presented by the Team.
- Maintaining regular contact with relevant patients from first contact through to delivery of patient care and treatment via several communication methods.
- Conducting courtesy calls following treatment delivery and obtaining patient testimonials for Clinicians to build portfolio.
- Adhering to SLA’s set to ensure efficient and effective lead turnaround.
- Working closely with Lead Generators, Business Development Managers and assigned clinicians to ensure the successful delivery of patient care.
- Providing excellent service and communication to the clinician, practice teams, and Business Development Managers on the patients journey from start to end.
- Provide weekly reports based on activity and patient conversion to Senior Lead Generator.
- Providing finance options and available treatments to patients to drive conversion from enquiry to treatment delivery.
- Zoho Administration – ensure treatments are allocated to relevant patient and update treatment status throughout the patient journey and treatment plan, e.g booked to attended/started/DNA.
- Attending and supporting with events for your designated clinician to support driving treatment opportunities and conversion stats, including but not limited to; Invisalign open day or a smile makeover.
- Work closely with the Lead Generators supporting the delivery of private revenue through the various patient touch points.
- Build and sustain strong working relations within operations to support with operational, organisational and commercial growth.
- Proactively work with designated clinicians to ensure patients are given treatment options available.
- Support to achieve consistent high levels of referral to conversion.
- Tracking of performance indicators relating to conversion and non-conversion, providing recommendations for delivery improvement to operational teams.
- Assist and perform other tasks as reasonably requested by Senior Lead Generator, Clinician or Business Development Manager which could enhance patient care or treatment opportunities for your designated clinicians.
