We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across Together Dental. This role will mainly focus on helping organise campaigns, ordering marketing materials, supporting practice open days and assisting with various marketing projects. It’s a practical role that will help keep marketing activity running smoothly while supporting the wider team. The role will involve working closely with the marketing team as well as external suppliers and designers.
Job Responsibilities
- Ordering marketing materials such as posters, roller banners and other promotional items for practices.
- Working with our designer to produce materials when required.
- Helping coordinate the delivery of marketing materials to practices.
- Supporting the organisation of practice open days (including whitening, implants and children’s orthodontics).
- Building emails for open day campaigns.
- Reporting on open day success.
- Ordering materials needed for open days and promotions.
- Updating Google Business pages where required.
- Helping gather content and assets for marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with collecting content for SEO projects.
- Collating materials for point-of-sale (POS) projects.
- Helping with ad-hoc marketing projects such as podcasts or dental award submissions.
- Supporting the marketing team with general admin and coordination tasks.
- Help with monthly newsletter.
- Updating Website/Sharepoint information where needed.
