Overview

The Opportunity

We\’re looking for a proactive and patient focused person to join our team. You\’ll be the first point of contact for patients and practices, ensuring every interaction delivers excellent care and support. From handling calls and live chats to assisting with finance applications and practice recalls, you\’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring patients receive the best possible experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service. This is a full time, permanent role, 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 based in the support office in the heart of Watford.

What You\’ll Do

  • Answer Support Office calls, live chat, and new patients enquiries (Invisalign, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, etc.) via our CRM system – including bookings and follow ups.
  • Manage overflow reception calls from practices.
  • Speak with patients about treatment plans and support with finance applications.
  • Handle clinician referrals and ensure smooth communication between patients and clinicians.
  • Support with practice recalls and reminders.
  • Liaise with phone providers to manage diversions and practice voicemails.
  • Maintain and update trackers, reporting as required.
  • Monitoring of the group\’s central email inbox.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance patient experience.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance at all times when handling patient data.
  • Work closely with patient support and wider team to meet KPIs and OKRs.
  • Support internal communication to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by your line manager.
