Main duties of the job
As an Associate Dentist, you will join a fully equipped mixed NHS and private practice located near the city centre. Key responsibilities include:
- Competitive UDA rate
- High private earning potential – 50% private rate
- Flexible days – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 8:30am‑5:00pm, with potential for adjustment to suit you
- Operating in spacious, modern surgeries equipped with iTero, Apex locators and rotary endodontic equipment
- Participation in training courses in Composite Bonding, Invisalign, Whitening and more
- Collaboration with a supportive practice team (qualified nurses, support office, clinical support group)
- Access to clinical support group and regional manager or clinical director for case discussion
- Use of digital X-rays, patient portal and online booking and payment system
- Exposure to a range of materials and an excellent selection of equipment that is regularly serviced
- Shared learning through peer‑review, case‑based discussion and mutual support
