The Opportunity

Location: Brentwood, Billericay and Basildon. Salary: £16.75 – £17.75 per hour. Hours: 40 per week. Contract: Permanent.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Field Dental Nurse to support our practices across Brentwood, Billericay and Basildon.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of experienced clinicians and practice teams while expanding your clinical knowledge and developing your career.

The Role

  • Provide chairside support across multiple practices within your designated region.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.
  • Follow infection prevention and control protocols in line with CQC and HTM guidance.
  • Support clinicians across a range of treatments and procedures.
  • Work flexibly as part of different practice teams, adapting quickly to new environments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of each practice.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team culture across the region.

About You

  • A recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
  • Current GDC registration.
  • Access to your own vehicle and the ability to travel between practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of CQC requirements and high clinical standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
