We’re looking for a Social Content Creative to join our team and bring social-first ideas to life across video, photography, motion, and design. If you’re someone who understands how to create content that connects, cares about craft as much as performance, and wants to shape how work gets made, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to create content that performs in the real world. Not just polished edits, but work that stops the scroll, feels native to platform, and reflects a strong sense of visual judgement.
You’ll be involved in everything from ideation through to execution, shooting content in our internal studio or on location, capturing photography, and crafting fast-paced, visually engaging assets that align with brand strategy and behavioural insight. This role sits at the intersection of videography, photography, editing, motion, and art direction for social. It also plays a key role in shaping how we shoot, what we shoot on, and how our studio evolves over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shooting high-quality, social-first video content (mobile and camera)
- Capturing photography for social campaigns, content series, and always-on activity
- Editing engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
- Creating visually strong static content with a clear sense of composition, layout, and brand
- Developing motion graphics, captions, and design elements optimised for mobile viewing
- Crafting strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling that stop the scroll
- Bringing brand worlds to life through consistent visual direction and execution
- Collaborating with creatives, strategists, and social teams on ideas and delivery
- Bringing trends, formats, and platform insights into your work
- Supporting content from concept through to final delivery
Studio & Toolkit Ownership
- Managing and evolving our in-house studio setup
- Recommending and maintaining camera, lighting, and production equipment
- Helping define and build our toolkit across video and photography
- Ensuring we’re set up to shoot efficiently across different formats and briefs
- Leading on best practice for shooting across our Sony camera ecosystem
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Junior to mid-level experience across video, photography, and editing
- A strong understanding of social-first content and what performs
- Confidence shooting in a variety of environments (studio, on-location, reactive shoots)
- Strong photography skills with a good eye for composition, lighting, and framing
- Proficiency in editing and motion tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience or confidence working within Sony camera systems
- A sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual detail
- A strong sense of design and layout, understanding how visuals, typography, and brand elements work together
- Experience creating UGC or influencer-style content
- Ability to apply brand guidelines with care and intention, not just execution
- Ability to work quickly and adapt to fast-moving briefs
- A portfolio that demonstrates relevant, social-first work across formats
Bonus Points
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Animation skills
- Photography experience within food and/or lifestyle content
- Experience contributing to or shaping art direction for campaigns or content
