From major festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, we work hand in hand with client teams to deliver exceptional guest experience for the likes of GALA festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London.
Internally, we're proud to have been recognised by Tempo and the Startups 100 Awards as one of the UK's best places to work. We care deeply about building an ambitious, supportive and high-performing team. We started life 10 years ago as Feast It, a two-person marketplace launched from a kitchen table, and today, over 10 million guests a year attend a Togather-powered event. Across every project, our mission remains the same: To make events better for everyone.
We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team and play a defining role in making Togather AI-native in practice. Reporting directly into the Operations Director, you'll be the engine room of our shift to agentic AI workflows across the commercial team and wider business.
The majority of your time will be spent mapping how work gets done, spotting where AI agents can reduce manual admin work, and shipping and maintaining the agents that do it. Alongside this, you will maintain Salesforce and our existing automation stack, and provide operational support for commercial teams. There's a huge opportunity to move the needle for the business and become an incredibly valuable member of the team.
The role will involve:
- Mapping end-to-end workflows across Commercial, Delivery, CS, Supply and Finance to identify the highest-value automation opportunities.
- Building agentic workflows in Zapier, Claude Cowork, n8n and connected tooling, from scoping through to launch.
- Writing and maintaining the documentation, prompts and guardrails agents need to perform reliably.
- Monitoring agents in production: tracking outputs, catching drift, iterating prompts, and retiring agents that aren't earning their keep.
- Owning a prioritised AI/automation backlog tied to measurable business impact (time saved, revenue protected, conversion lifted).
- Maintaining Salesforce day-to-day, including admin, user/permissions, flow fixes, field updates, data hygiene, reporting fixes.
- Owning the wider commercial stack: Zapier, Apollo, Kubaru, Front, Aircall and the integrations between them.
- Triaging and resolving operations requests through our ticketing system with clear SLAs.
- Safeguarding revenue through accurate handovers, invoicing flows and supplier onboarding, and maintaining GDPR and audit processes.
- Owning commercial tooling procurement and renewals.
Requirements:
This is a new field. We're looking for the right mindset and signals you'll move and learn fast. As a guide, the ideal person will possess the following:
- Genuine excitement about agentic AI and automation. You're already building things and already opinionated about what works.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: Salesforce admin, Zapier/n8n, prompt engineering, or workflow automation in a commercial context.
- Strong systems thinking. You can map a process, find the leverage point, and design something better.
- A sharp written communicator. If you can't write clear instructions for a person, you won't write clear instructions for an agent.
- A proactive operator: you spot problems, propose solutions and ship fixes without waiting to be asked.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. This role will keep changing as the tooling evolves.
- Willingness and aptitude to upskill on Salesforce fast.
Nice-to-haves:
- Salesforce admin certification or equivalent in-the-wild experience.
- Experience with Claude, ChatGPT or similar in a production workflow (not just chat).
- Background in sales ops, marketing ops, RevOps or GTM ops at a scale-up.
- Some data fluency: SQL, Looker, or comfort with reporting tools.
- We'd rather see a portfolio of automations, side projects or AI experiments than a perfect career path.
Benefits:
- Generous holiday allowance; 25 days (including a Christmas Closure) + bank holidays.
- Enhanced Pension through salary sacrifice.
- Partnership with Benefits Platform Mintago; EAP service, Workplace Nursery, Cycle to work scheme, Electric car scheme, Health services, Mental Health services, Gym discounts, retail discounts and much more.
- Partnership with Code app: Significant discounts in a lot of London's best restaurants, bars and more.
- Enhanced Mat & Pat leave.
- Free coffee, beer, pizza and an overly stocked snack cupboard in the office.
- Regular team socials and events (including 6 weekly Town Halls with companywide socials & 1 Away day a year).
- A shiny new MacBook to work on.
- Loads of invites to food-industry events (yes they do usually have free food).
- Dog-friendly office.
- Training and certification (Trailhead Superbadges, ADM-201, AI/automation conferences) covered via the L&D budget.
