Freelance Event Producer

Overview

Togather started life as Feast It, in 2017, as a booking platform for people to book street food caterers for their birthday parties and weddings. Since then, we have grown to become the UK\’s biggest events platform as Togather for food, drink, venues, photographers and more. We help people make amazing memories on some of the biggest days of their lives, delivering events across music festivals, Christmas light trails, fireworks, plane shows, cultural events and more. The Role

Working with our Event Production team, our Freelance Event Producers report to one of our two Event Leads. The team works with a wide range of clients (e.g., IMG, Boiler Room, RHS, Broadwick Live, Krankbrother) to deliver events across various sectors. The Event Production team’s role is to work with our supply team to create curated and top-quality F&B lineups for these events, whether owning one street food area or delivering F&B across the entire event. Responsibilities include ensuring supplier details are up to date and correct (licenses, H&S checks, allergen charts), handling site payments where needed, and managing them onsite from load-in to load-out.

• Own one street food area or deliver F&B across the entire event
• Maintain up-to-date supplier information, licenses, H&S checks, and allergen charts
• Take site payments where required and manage them onsite from load-in to load-out

Requirements

• Experience working on large-scale greenfield events
• Thrive while working on-site at events, including weekends, late nights, or early mornings
• Previously managed multiple F&B traders onsite
• Highly organized and tech-savvy; our platform, tech, and automation are central to what we do
• Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Location and hours

London, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid model requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
