Complies with our policies and procedures.

Keeps a record and maintains cycle counts of the entire inventory in the store.

Receives and verifies the inventory with the purchase order listings.

Opens and unpacks cartons or crates of merchandise, checking invoice against items received.

Stamps, attaches or changes price tags on merchandise.

Reports loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the supervising authorities.

Sorts all goods and stacks them appropriately.

Labels, tags and packages the goods.

Maintains proper documentation processed for the receipt of the goods and supplies.

Ensures the timely dispatch of the goods to the appropriate destinations (Transfer In’s and Out’s, Return of End of Season).

Participates actively in fiscal inventories.

Maintains cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complies with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.

The Stock Keeper should have the ability to effectively manage time, meet targets and understand store storage needs in order to provide an easy working space for the Sales Assistants to be able to provide customer service in a timely manner.

Is a team player that develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.

Maintains knowledge of current collections and press releases.

Has good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and as well as convincing abilities, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.

Can occasionally support the company on shop floor by making sales.

Meets assigned sales targets in the given period of time.

PROFILE

  • At least 1-year experience in stockrooms, preferably in fashion/retail stores.
  • SAP and Excel a plus.
  • Team player, dynamic and well organized.
  • Product oriented.
  • Fully flexible Monday to Sunday.
