- Places special orders/reservations or calls other stores to find desired items. Recommends selects and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Meets assigned sales targets & deadlines in the given period of time
- Maintains the proper display of goods in the store and ensures that they comply with the quality standards.
- Keeps track of new products and prices in the store. Keeps track of all the prices and labels on the display.
- Replenishes all necessary items on display and when required.
- Analyzes sell thru activity in order to replenish stock, adjust display
- Keeps record of department merchandise.
- Actively organizes and participates in store inventories
- Attends sales training activities.
- Trains new recruits
- Maintains knowledge of current collections and press releases
- Is a team player that develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
