Tod's Group – Assistant Store Manager – London
Mission: Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respecting brand image and customer experience within the store.
Responsibilities
- Develop store sales turnover: implement TOD'S sales policy within the store.
- Set sales objectives and periodically analyze results.
- Implement selling ceremony in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Highlight featured products in line with visual policy and collaborate with visual merchandising department.
- Set up CRM actions to develop customer database.
- Coordinate trade marketing events.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback.
