Customer Services Officer Tods are looking for professional, reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Officers to join our Security team at our Portland site.

This is an important front-of-house and site security role, providing a visible, reassuring presence while helping to keep our people, visitors, contractors and property safe and secure.

About the role As a Customer Service Officer within Security, you will support the day-to-day protection of the Portland site.

You will welcome visitors and contractors, manage site access, carry out patrols, monitor CCTV, complete accurate incident reporting and ensure security protocols are followed in line with required standards.

The role will be working on a shift basis, 38 hours per week.

Key responsibilities Provide a professional welcome to visitors, customers and contractors.

Control site access and ensure visitors and contractors are correctly signed in and directed.

Carry out site patrols and maintain a visible security presence.

Monitor CCTV and respond appropriately to security or safety concerns.

Open up and lock down buildings and respond to alarm activations when required.
