What you'll be doing:
- Build and assemble components using hand tools and workshop equipment
- Work with composite materials including sanding, trimming, drilling, routing and finishing
- Follow technical drawings and build instructions to produce high-quality work
- Use workshop machinery such as lathes and milling equipment, with training where needed
- Help maintain a safe, tidy and efficient working environment
What we're looking for:
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on environment
- Confidence using hand tools and workshop equipment
- A practical approach, strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- A reliable, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
