Our prestigious and market leading client, based in Shipdham, is currently seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor.
Do you have qualifications in Electrical and Mechanical engineering? Are you an engineer with an enquiring mindset, can do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, who operates with a sense of urgency and purpose (particularly under breakdown pressure)? Are you also able to effectively lead and manage a small team of experienced engineers? If the answer is yes, you could be the right candidate for this role.
This is a full time, permanent position, based in Shipdham. The role is hands-on with an approximate split of 70:30 (70% of the time carrying out maintenance (reactive/proactive) and 30% of the time developing maintenance schedules/planning).
Primary accountabilities:- Maintain the mill plant and equipment to continuously ensure the safe and wholesome production of our animal feeds.
- Work closely with the Production Team and take necessary actions to correct underperformance of plant equipment and machinery through investigation, initiatives and working closely with the mill team.
- Implement a preventative maintenance programme throughout the plant.
