Warehouse Operative - Days A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Operative working for a well-established and prestigious company based in Shipdham, Norfolk. This is a full-time temporary position, with the potential to become a permanent position after 3 months. Working Hours: This is a full-time position. The working hours are Monday to Friday 06:00 to 16:30 (weekend working expected during busy periods) With the opportunity to earn extra money with added skills bonuses, as you develop within the organisation. Skills & Qualifications: * Flexibility & Adaptability, with a good working attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to high health, safety and environmental standards. * Reliability & punctuality are key to the role being part of such a small team. * Attention to detail. * Must have a forklift truck licence (ideally counterbalance) * Applicants must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Key Duties: * Picking and re-palletising daily orders accurately, stock counts, to assist with maintaining stock levels and adhering to stock rotation procedures * Manual heavy lifting. * Carry out and record Daily Safety Inspections for operated mobile plant. * Ensuring Finished Product is presented to the customer in a clean and tidy state. * General housekeeping duties within the Warehouse Facilities * Ensure damaged bags / rework are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. * Comply with and uphold all aspects of the Company’s health & Safety instructions, requirements and policies. * Work always within the framework and requirements of the Company’s obligations to the Universal Feed Assurance Scheme (UFAS) * Serve Customers and help with loading and unloading vehicles * Provide support and cover for all team members If you are a reliable and hardworking Production Operative that wants an opportunity with a reputable local company, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
