Our client, a successful manufacturing business, is currently seeking a Precision Assembly Operative to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position, working in Norwich.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime is also available.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail over sustained periods.
- This role requires a steady hand, patience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across repetitive tasks.
- Experience with fine soldering or small component assembly.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precision assembly work on small-scale components.
- Carry out delicate soldering, including fine joints (e.g. LED or similar electronic assemblies).
- Maintain consistent quality across repetitive production tasks.
- Inspect and ensure all work meets required quality standards.
- Follow detailed instructions and assembly processes accurately.
You will be responsible for carrying out fine, intricate assembly tasks, working with small components where accuracy and consistency are essential.
