A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Mill Operative working for a well-established and prestigious company based in Shipdham, Norfolk. This is a full-time position, on an initially temporary basis with the view of going permanent after 12 weeks.
Working Hours and Conditions
- Monday to Friday 06:00 to 16:30.
- You will work a 50hr week with 8hrs at basic & 2hr a day at overtime rate.
- With two 30min breaks, one being paid.
- Weekend working expected during busy periods.

Skills & Qualifications
- Fork truck licence.

- Must have a forklift truck licence (ideally counterbalance).
- Applicants must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Key Duties
- Running packing line using automated and semi-automated machinery.
- Developing your skills into running of more complex tasks such as press operation, this will be discussed via a personal development plan.
- Full training provided, skills payment once trained.
- Adhere to quality standards in order to reach customer quality expectations as dictated by the Quality and Feed Safety system.
- Operating a forklift.
- Manual heavy lifting.
- Provide support and cover for all team members.
- Other labouring & housekeeping duties where required.
- Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
