Todd Hayes Limited in Shipdham is seeking a proactive Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to lead a small team of engineers and to provide hands-on maintenance for our animal feeds production plant. The role focuses on both reactive and preventive maintenance, with emphasis on reliability and safety.
The position is full-time, on-site with a 70:30 split between maintenance work and developing maintenance schedules/planning, and operates across a 4x10 hour shift pattern including Saturday mornings.
