Overview
Todd & Duncan is the only Scottish spinner offering cashmere yarn to fashion houses and quality manufacturers worldwide. Due to continued investment in new equipment and expansion plans, we have a full-time job opportunity in Sales Administration.
JOB OVERVIEW
To progress orders received from UK and Export markets and to act as the Company's administrative link with our Customers and Agents.
Responsibilities
- To receive customer orders from various markets and process these through to Production Planning, sending out the appropriate order confirmations.
- To progress these orders through Production Planning ensuring time scales are adhered to.
- To arrange Customer samples and shade cards are sent as requested or at the beginning of each new season.
About you - Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative.
- Experience in using computer systems.
