Our mission at TODD Architects is to be a client-focused, multi award-winning practice with studios in Belfast, London, Dublin, and Manchester. Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assist in the technical delivery of healthcare and multi-sector projects
- Develop and coordinate technical design packages
- Ensure high levels of BIM and Revit compliance across all project stages
- Support planning, statutory approvals, and tender documentation
- Collaborate with the wider team and contribute to a supportive, creative studio environment
Skills and experience required
- Qualified Architectural Technologist (MCAT or eligible for membership)
- 5+ years post-qualification experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Ability to create 1:200 layout and 1:50 loaded room deliverables
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Statutory Consents, and BC(A)R
- Experience preparing planning applications, tender and construction packages
- Familiarity with NBS specification and BIM standards
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong detailing and construction knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Must be currently based in the UK with the right to work
