Key Areas of Responsibility
With a growing presence across the UK and Ireland, we are looking to appoint qualified Architects to support our healthcare team and its expanding portfolio of healthcare projects throughout the UK & Ireland. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors and RIBA stages, ensuring ongoing professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, coordinate and deliver projects across various RIBA stages
- Contribute to high-quality, patient-focused healthcare environments
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across regional studios
- Assist in the management and development of junior staff
Skills and experience required
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (healthcare / life sciences experience essential)
- ARB Registered Architect
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
- Ability to create 1:200 layout and 1:50 loaded room deliverables
- Competent in preparing planning and tender packages
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Capable of producing coherent and resolved design proposals
- Experience with collaborative construction contracts (e.g. NEC 4) is beneficial
- Must be currently based in the UK with the right to work
