TODD Architects are a client focused, multi award-winning practice with studios in Belfast, London, Dublin and Manchester.

Key Areas of Responsibility

With a growing presence across the UK and Ireland, we are looking to appoint qualified Architects to support our healthcare team and its expanding portfolio of healthcare projects throughout the UK & Ireland.

You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors and RIBA stages, ensuring ongoing professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • Assist in the technical delivery of healthcare and multi-sector projects
  • Develop and coordinate technical design packages
  • Ensure high levels of BIM and Revit compliance across all project stages
  • Support planning, statutory approvals, and tender documentation
  • Collaborate with the wider team and contribute to a supportive, creative studio environment

Skills and experience required

  • Qualified Architectural Technologist (MCAT or eligible for membership)
  • 5+years post-qualification experience (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Ability to create 1:200 layout and 1:50 loaded room deliverables
  • Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Statutory Consents, and BC(A)R
  • Experience preparing planning applications, tender and construction packages
  • Familiarity with NBS specification and BIM standards
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong detailing and construction knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Must be currently based in the UK with the right to work
