Today Tix Group in London is hiring a Senior Manager, Client Operations & Implementation for the Px T Partner Success team.

You will translate signed contracts into successful go-lives, own complex implementations end-to-end, and help shape how we scale delivery through new tools, AI experiments, and scalable playbooks.

This senior role combines hands-on configuration, client enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
