Our portfolio of brands––including TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre, Show-Score, Arthouse, and Secret Cinema––connects millions of customers with the best in live entertainment. Powered by vast data and insights, TTG helps theatres, producers, and cultural institutions reach highly engaged audiences and unlock meaningful revenue, transforming how tickets are sold across the world.

In 2025, TTG entered a new chapter as part of MARI, the global events and experiences company powering world-defining live experiences. Together, we’re expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and accelerating a shared vision to redefine the event lifecycle through seamless discovery, purchase, and engagement.

About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary and meticulous Senior Producer to join our Studio Secret Cinema (SSC) team and play a key role in pitching and delivering world-class, immersive brand experiences for high-profile global clients. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and SSC’s reputation for production excellence, ensuring seamless live execution, target profit margins, and the successful navigation of complex stakeholder relationships.

As a Senior Producer, you are the heartbeat of the project lifecycle. You will lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to collaborate, share expertise, and deliver “gold standard” work on time and on budget. You aren’t just managing a checklist; you are wrangling a creative vision into a tangible, profitable reality. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes, and deeply collaborative setting and are passionate about innovative storytelling, production rigor, and pushing the boundaries of the brand and audience experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Please note: This is a fixed term contract until 31 December 2026, and qualified candidates must be based in or close to Greater London. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. The salary range for this position is ÂŁ70,000 - ÂŁ85,000 per year. We welcome candidates interested in a four- or five-day workweek. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience and chosen schedule.

What Success Looks Like

  • Creative Feasibility & Execution: Successfully translating 100% of approved creative concepts into executable production plans that preserve the “immersive magic” while staying within the budgetary and resource parameters.
  • Talent & Network Scalability: Expanding the SSC collaborator network by identifying and onboarding a diverse roster of top-tier freelancers, creatives and specialist suppliers, increasing the team's capacity to pitch for larger, simultaneous projects.
  • Commercial Viability & Fiscal Discipline: Delivering target gross profit margins across all assigned projects while maintaining 100% accuracy in reporting and 10‑day post‑project reconciliations.
  • Client Trust & Retention: Establishing “preferred partner” status with at least one high‑profile global client by the end of the contract by delivering excellent creative experiences that result in happy clients and high‑value repeat business.
  • Operational Rigor & Safety: Achieving zero major safety or compliance incidents across all live events through proactive risk management and 100% adherence to H&S, licensing, and safeguarding protocols.

What You’ll Do

  • Creative & Production Design
  • Creative Feasibility Consultancy: Provide strategic production advice during the design phase, translating abstract concepts into feasible, safe, and world‑class production blueprints.
  • Operational Harmony: Interrogate the audience journey to align licensing, H&S, and technical requirements without compromising the immersive “magic” of the experience.
  • Project Leadership & Strategy
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead SSC projects from initial pitch to final wrap, ensuring every touchpoint meets our world‑class standards and enhances our reputation for creative and production excellence.
  • Strategic Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve project risks across budget, schedule and H&S, ensuring seamless execution through expert foresight and solution‑oriented escalation.
  • High‑Stakes Client Relations: Serve as the primary production lead for high‑profile clients, building deep trust through precise communication, rigorous reporting, and excellent presentation delivery.
  • Financial Oversight
  • Fiscal Planning & Costing: Drive the costing process during the pitch stage and maintain absolute financial accuracy through rigorous fortnightly re‑forecasting.
  • Profitability & Value Engineering: Deliver target gross profit margins by expertly balancing ambitious creative visions with the realities of production economics and resource efficiency.
  • Operational Financial Hygiene: Oversee the full procurement lifecycle and PO approvals, ensuring 100% financial reconciliation within ten days of project completion for total financial accountability.
  • Management & Event Delivery
  • High‑Performance Team Leadership: Recruit and manage multidisciplinary teams of freelancers and suppliers, providing the clear parameters and motivation necessary to execute spectacular work.
  • On‑Site Crisis Recovery & Excellence: Lead live event delivery with a solution‑focused approach, solving complex problems in real‑time to guarantee project success regardless of scale.
  • Institutional Compliance Ownership: Hold total accountability for project compliance, including safeguarding, HR, and H&S, ensuring all work aligns with industry‑best practices and protects the brand.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A composed, solution‑focused, and culturally‑aware mindset with a passion for inclusive storytelling and operational excellence.
  • Extensive track record in leading high-pressure production environments, such as experiential marketing, brand events, live entertainment, or large‑scale event operations, with experience managing significant project budgets of ÂŁ750k+.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Mastery of budget management tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) and a proven ability to maintain project profitability while delivering on high-concept creative visions.
  • Production Safety & Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of technical production workflows and a commitment to industry‑standard health and safety practices.
  • Inclusive Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams and the ability to communicate with influence when navigating complex client or internal relationships.
