We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact. New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.
Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work. We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.
Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise ticketing and e-commerce division — the technology and tools that help the world's leading cultural organisations, attractions, and live events power their box office and drive online sales. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the PxT team — someone who thrives on data, moves fast, and is obsessed with identifying friction and building products that meaningfully improve how people discover, buy, and experience live events.
You will own product discovery and delivery for a key area of our platform, working directly with producers and event organisers to understand their needs, shape solutions, and bring them to life alongside world-class engineering and design teams. You instinctively reach for AI to think, prototype, validate ideas, and accelerate learning. You'll often start with ambiguity rather than requirements and enjoy identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, and turning ideas into action.
This role sits at the intersection of user experience and business strategy. It's ideal for someone who combines strong product instinct with platform thinking — someone who values speed, learning, and measurable outcomes over perfection. You'll also manage or mentor other PMs, contributing to how we grow product craft across the team.
Please note: This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the Greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week.
What Success Looks Like:
- Product direction established within the first 60–90 days, developing a strong understanding of your product area and helping shape a roadmap informed by customer insight, business priorities, and platform goals.
- Ongoing discovery embedded in your workflow, with evidence that customer insights directly influence prioritisation and product decisions.
- Ideas move quickly from concept to learning through prototypes, pilots, and releases.
- Platform initiatives launched with measurable outcomes tied to adoption, conversion, GMV, operational efficiency, retention, or partner satisfaction.
- Your work contributes meaningfully to partner and business outcomes through stronger engagement, increased value, or improved performance metrics.
- AI is embedded throughout your workflow — helping you synthesise research, generate prototypes, validate assumptions, and accelerate delivery.
- You're contributing to how great product work gets done at TodayTix Group — not just within your own area, through mentorship, management, and raising the bar across the team.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with event producers and organisers to understand needs, identify opportunities, and help define product direction.
- Use AI tools to create prototypes, synthesise research, and communicate product ideas clearly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver platform features that solve real customer problems.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Contribute to roadmap development and prioritisation across the broader PxT platform.
- Track and assess product performance using data and measurable outcomes.
- Manage complex cross-functional initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Operate across the product lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and validating concepts to delivering and iterating on solutions.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- 5–8 years of building products in high-growth environments — whether at startups, consumer platforms, SaaS companies, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a genuine desire to grow PM craft across the team.
- Demonstrated builder mindset — whether through launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes from scratch.
- Strong experience owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills — able to articulate ideas, navigate tradeoffs, and influence decisions.
- Experience in live events, hospitality, marketplace, or premium consumer experiences is a plus.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow — using them habitually to accelerate research, prototyping, decision-making, and execution.
- Comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional environments — you know how to collaborate across design, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or marketing technology is a plus.
- Experience with sports ticketing is a plus.
