About The Role

ARTHOUSE London is a creative digital agency focused on helping theatre, live entertainment and cultural experiences connect meaningfully with audiences through strategic, data‑informed campaigns and compelling storytelling. We combine digital strategy, creative content, media planning, and audience growth to deliver work that drives impact, engagement and ticket sales.

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Media Manager for Arthouse to play a key strategic and executional role in our UK business. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google Search/PPC, paid social, display and CTV/OTT. You will also monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth. You must have strong communication and presentation skills, as you will be interfacing with internal and external partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a strategic thinker who can develop and execute cutting‑edge paid media campaigns and deliver outstanding results for our clients here in London as well working with our New York office supporting Broadway and off‑broadway clients.

Please note: this is a full time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We work on a hybrid model: most weeks the ARTHOUSE London team works 4 days per week onsite and 1 day at home. The salary range for this role is £35,000 – £45,000 per year.

  • Campaign Delivery Excellence – Digital campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative and operational standard, with minimal errors or rework required.
  • Client Confidence & Satisfaction – Building trusted client relationships through clear communication, proactive updates, and positive feedback on campaign execution and collaboration.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration & Alignment – Effectively coordinating with strategy, creative and media teams to ensure campaigns are fully aligned, well‑executed, and informed by data‑driven insights.
  • Audience Growth & Retargeting Conversion Rate – Tracks how effectively campaigns expand a show’s viewership and convert warm audiences into buyers — core to Arthouse’s mission.
  • Campaign Scaling Efficiency – Measures how well performance holds up as budgets grow, particularly relevant across the role’s dual UK and US market focus.
  • Performance Insight & Impact – Delivering clear, actionable reporting that not only tracks KPIs but surfaces insights that improve future campaign performance and client outcomes.
  • Scalable Delivery Practices – Contributing to the development of repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that support Arthouse’s growth and increasing campaign volume.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with internal and external objectives and target audiences.
  • Create, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies and optimization to meet KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports to clients, making data‑driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, platforms, and trends for impactful targeting.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and scaling, while managing budgets effectively.
  • Work across multiple campaigns in the UK and US.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Minimum 3‑4 years experience running paid media campaigns using platforms like Google Search, Google Campaign Manager/Doubleclick, Meta, TikTok, etc.
  • Day‑to‑day experience using Google Tag Manager to implement tracking tags, remarketing pixels, and conversion tags, ensuring all campaigns have robust reporting.
  • An interest in and enthusiasm for the arts and entertainment.
  • Deep understanding of varying performance marketing goals and methods – ROAS, dynamic ads, omnichannel strategies, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving results through paid media campaigns.
  • Creative flair and ability to collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and adhere to platform‑specific guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and effectively communicate insights with key stakeholders.
  • Experience and comfortability interfacing with internal leaders and external partners.
  • Exceptional data analytics skills; ability to draw conclusions from data and form actionable insights from media reporting and Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Collaboration skills – a team player with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A self‑starter mentality with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
