About the Role:

Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise ticketing and e-commerce division. We work with some of the most exciting venues, producers, and event organizers on the planet, and we're building the platform that helps them thrive.

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Powered by TodayTix team to expand our partner portal to support theatre, sports, attractions, exhibitions and more. You'll set the bar for design quality, translating complex, nuanced industry concepts into clear, elegant user flows.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Independent Execution: You drive complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, proactively managing stakeholder expectations and scope changes.
  • Strong Design Collaboration: You articulate design decisions clearly, rationally and objectively, advocate for users, and bring cross-functional partners along with you.
  • Design System Stewardship: You leverage and evolve the Design System with taste and judgement, pressure testing the scalability of each component setting standards the broader team can follow.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead design across complex B2B product initiatives, from early discovery through delivery and QA.
  • Lead design reviews and brainstorming sessions, presenting regularly to design leadership and company executives.
  • Proactively set expectations with stakeholders and communicate clearly when scope or direction shifts.
  • Promote a culture of design excellence — mentor other designers, champion quality, and lead by example.
  • Use AI tools fluently across your workflow and help establish best practices for the team.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Design, with experience in a lead or senior capacity.
  • Strong UX fundamentals and a refined eye for UI.
  • B2B or dashboard/data-heavy design experience.
  • AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive work forward without excessive oversight.
  • Experience working in a squad, collaborating with developers and QA engineers.
