About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-focused B2B Support Coordinator to join our B2B team. This pivotal role involves providing essential B2B and partner support, directly contributing to the efficient operation of the B2B team by ensuring effective communication and tool development for TTG partners. Please note: This is a full-time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per year.
What Success Looks Like
- Maintaining and honing a communications network that ensures our partners have full access to information and assets to maximise sales potential.
- An always-on approach to improvement of existing processes to ensure that we provide a best-in-market service.
- Timely creation of marketing materials and assets to ensure the B2B team are able to react at pace to opportunities in market.
What You’ll Do
- Communication – Maintain and update Partner Monday Boards, Rates Sheets, and Partner show updates to ensure the entire network is fully informed of all inventory updates and additions.
- Marketing – Create compelling pitch decks and marketing materials for trade shows, and provide necessary partner marketing assets and sign off.
- Technology – Build partner white labels and assist in the development of tools to enhance promotional support including reporting.
- Efficiencies – Develop streamlined workflows to continually refine the cadence and detail of communication with our partners.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A self-starter mentality – someone who is able to work independently and prioritise multiple projects as needed.
- A great eye for detail and pride in the quality of the work that they share with stakeholders.
- The ability to comfortably and confidently communicate needs and collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects forward.
- Experience of account management or partner interactions is desirable.
- An affinity for theatre, the arts, and live entertainment, even if you do not have prior working experience in this space.
