Your work will shape brand perception, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all channels. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, high‑growth, and collaborative environment and are passionate about brand storytelling, design craft, and creative innovation, we'd love to hear from you!

Please note: This is a full‑time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Seamless Collaboration – Partner effectively with key teams while maintaining leadership on your projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive concept development, explore creative directions, and lead ideation with a hands‑on approach, ensuring ideas translate into polished and high‑quality creative across all channels.
  • Work independently by taking full ownership and responsibility for projects, while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Prioritise and manage creative projects thoughtfully, balancing craft, strategy, and impact to deliver best‑in‑class work.
  • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and transforming discussions into actionable, creative work.
  • Research and understand the context behind every brief — the audience, the challenge, and the goal — before moving into creative execution.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • 5‑8+ years of brand or marketing design experience, with a portfolio showcasing visually impactful, meticulously crafted, and strategically driven creative across multiple channels and formats.
  • You think before you design – able to articulate the reasoning behind your creative decisions, connecting them back to business goals, brand strategy, and audience needs.
  • Strong conceptual and creative problem‑solving skills, with a refined aesthetic and a high level of craft across disciplines.
  • Mastery of design tools – we primarily use Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (bonus points for motion design skills!).
  • A team‑first attitude – comfortable balancing strong creative opinions with openness to feedback, and comfortable adapting to direction, input, and evolving priorities to deliver the strongest creative result.
  • A proactive and curious mindset – always seeking fresh ideas, better solutions, and new ways to push creative boundaries.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process, not as a shortcut, but as a way to think bigger and work smarter.
