Powered by vast data and insights, TTG helps theatres, producers, and cultural institutions reach highly engaged audiences and unlock meaningful revenue, transforming how tickets are sold across the world.
In 2025, TTG entered a new chapter as part of MARI, the global events and experiences company powering world‑defining live experiences. Together, we’re expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and accelerating a shared vision to redefine the event lifecycle through seamless discovery, purchase, and engagement. We thrive in a nimble, growth‑oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact – because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next.
New joiners are set up for success with a 90‑day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice‑yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development. Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans – people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work. We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.
About the Role: We're looking for a driven and relationship‑focused Partnerships Manager to join our London team and play a key role in securing and growing the supply of live entertainment on the TodayTix Group platforms. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of West End, fringe, and live event partners – managing everything from onboarding and pricing strategy to sales reporting and marketing collaboration. You’ll work cross‑functionally with our Marketing and Supply Operations teams to ensure shows are set up for commercial success and that our customers always have access to the best of London's live entertainment scene. You’ll also support our Senior Partnership Directors on major West End accounts, giving you exposure to high‑profile partnerships whilst continuing to build your client roster. This is a high‑impact, partner‑facing role that blends strategic thinking, account management, and hands‑on execution. We're looking for someone who's commercially curious, excited by data and performance, and keen to build lasting relationships in the industry.
Please note: This is a full‑time position based in London. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, whilst also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
What Success Looks Like:
- Fostering Strong Relationships with Partners: Maintain and grow existing partner relationships whilst seeking out opportunities to develop new ones. Be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance partnerships with exclusive access and/or media buys.
- Increasing Unique Supply: Contribute to overall supply growth by onboarding new productions and encouraging the adoption of access programmes and incentive‑based offers.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Supply Operations teams on a daily basis to implement on‑sales, offers and access schemes along with supporting marketing activity. Help plan quarterly multi‑show campaigns with 80%+ of major partners participating.
- Sales Insights: Deliver sales and insights decks to partners, including data‑backed recommendations and actionable insight. Respond to any/all partner queries in a proactive and helpful manner.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage relationships with West End, fringe, and live event partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing support – communicating daily on new show listings, on‑sales, reporting, and promotional activity.
- Support Senior Partnership Directors on major West End accounts, trafficking details of pricing, promotions, and reporting to relevant departments.
- Pitch TTG's partnership offerings – including media, incentives, and access programmes – to increase sales and visibility for shows in your portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to drive incremental volume and revenue through promotional activity at show level, balancing the needs of partners with TTG's goals and the best interests of our customers.
- Build marketing campaigns for titles within your portfolio – including decks, presentations, and proposals – working across the organisation to deliver compelling and impactful campaign activity.
- Work closely with Marketing and Campaign Strategy teams to prioritise partner promotions, procure exclusive offers, and develop multi‑show campaigns including London Theatre Week and Black Friday.
- Ensure that shows and inventory are optimally set up ahead of major multi‑show campaigns so that supply matches heightened demand.
- Partner with the Supply Operations team on show set‑up, inventory management, invoicing, and pricing strategies.
- Generate sales reports and presentations for regular partner meetings, ensuring data is accurate and presents constructive, actionable insights into trading performance.
- Champion the media sales programme, supporting the commercial objectives of the Media Director, including pitching and negotiating with partners on shows within your portfolio.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- 2+ years of relevant theatre industry experience or background in partnerships, theatre administration, arts management, sales, or marketing.
- A genuine interest in and enthusiasm for the London theatre landscape, spanning both subsidised and commercial sectors.
- Previous experience in client servicing or partner success.
- A natural relationship builder, with a skill for finding common ground and creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confidence with public speaking and sales pitching.
- Experience with sales reporting tools and Google Drive.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to think both big‑picture and granularly about how to achieve success.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and directly support the execution of important projects.
